Amaravati: YSR Congress chief and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy has urged the party cadres to work towards strengthening the party ahead of the state assembly elections and Lok Sabha polls, due in one year.
He made these remarks at his camp office while addressing party regional coordinators and MLAs, calling on them to strengthen their respective units by working in unison and removing flaws to enable the ruling party candidates to win the polls with good majority.
Dubbing the coordinators as the 'top team' of the party, Reddy instructed them to synchronize the secretariat conveners and other key functionaries with the volunteers, said a statement late on Tuesday night.
Reddy also informed them that he is available to discuss party issues directly with him anytime.
Further, he advised them to play an active role in running the party activities successfully and systematically in their respective regions to take the party ahead.
