Artists who died before turning 30

There has been a weird pattern in the world with young and overly talented artists dying at a very young age. Although reasons have been plenty including suicide, murder, drugs, alcoholism, and many others.

The tragic murder of Punjabi Singer Sidhu Moose Wala has made people question the name and fame, and lives of artists. Because there have been many artists across the world who were “Gone too soon”

In the west, there is a myth, an urban legend that popular musicians, artists, and actors die at the age of 27. Artists like Kurt Cobain, Avicii, and Jim Morrison have been part of club 27, which has left people wondering, leaving questions on their minds.

 Here is a list of a few Indian artists who died even before they could turn 30

-          Sidhu Moose Wala

Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu also popularly known as Sidhu Moose Wala was just 28 years old when he was brutally attacked while he was driving a jeep with his friends. He was attacked by unidentified men, and soon he was rushed to a hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.

Moose Wala has given several hit songs and faced criticism for promoting gun culture via his songs.

The police said the attack on Moose Wala was due to a gang war.

On Facebook, Canada-based gangster Goldy Brar is claiming the responsibility for the murder of the singer. The police are looking into the matter and the murder case is under investigation.

-          Jiah Khan

The suicide case of Jiah Khan rattled up Bollywood. She was 25 years when she hanged herself and committed suicide. She allegedly took her life because of her troubled relationship with then-boyfriend Sooraj Pancholi.

Khan addressed the suicide note to Pancholi, and he was subsequently arrested on charges of abetment to suicide. Even today Jiah Khan’s death remains a matter of controversy.

-          Pratyusha Banerjee  

Pratyusha’s sudden death shocked the entire TV industry. She was just 24 when she was found hanging from the ceiling fan in her Mumbai apartment. Pratyusha was a household name as she played the character of Anandi in the popular television show ‘Balika Vadhu’.

Her parents blamed her boyfriend Rahul Raj as the reason for her death and accused him of harassing her. However, Rahul denied her parent’s allegation and accused her parents of not having a good relationship with her.

-          Divya Bharti

Bharti was immensely popular among female actors in Bollywood of her time. But her death has in fact remained a mystery to this date and has been one of the most unexpected deaths in the industry.

She was just 19 years old at the time of her death, and the reason is known is she fell from the balcony of her apartment.

-          Taruni Sachdev

Taruni Sachdev started her journey in the industry as a child artist. She was popularly known as a "Rasna” girl and was often seen in TV commercials.

Sachdev made her Bollywood debut opposite Amitabh Bachchan in the 2009 film Paa. She died on her 14^th birthday in a plane crash.

Danish Zehen was just 21 years old when he passed away in a car accident.  He was a popular blogger, dancer, and model who participated in the reality series Ace of Space.
