New Delhi: India strongly condemned the terrorist attack outside the Afghan Foreign Ministry in Kabul. Several innocent people lost their lives, and several injured are recovering in scattered hospitals in Kabul.

The Islamic State group claimed responsibility for a deadly suicide bombing near the Foreign Ministry in the Afghan capital.
Arindam Bagchi, the official spokesperson of India's Ministry of External Affairs, has expressed his condolences by tweeting, "India strongly condemns the terrorist attack in Kabul, in which many innocent civilians lost their lives, and many were injured. We express our deepest condolences to the bereaved families and wish the injured a speedy recovery."
A suicide bomber detonated a device near Afghanistan's Foreign Ministry in the capital Kabul on Wednesday, causing several deaths and injuries.
The blast followed firing. Several nearby building window panes were broken, and a few passing-by vehicles were damaged.
On January 1, a bomb blast near a checkpoint in Kabul's military airport killed at least ten people and injured eight others.
