*HC passed an interim order restraining unauthorised use of actor Amitabh Bachchan's voice, image, name or any other trait exclusively identifiable with him by any individual.

*HC directed the Delhi government to ensure strict compliance with the statutory provisions of the Employment As Manual Scavengers And Their Rehabilitation Act and the rules framed under it.

* HC granted bail to former MD and CEO of YES Bank, Rana Kapoor, in a money laundering case being probed by the Enforcement Directorate.

*HC rejected a petition by Amazon Seller Services Pvt Ltd against the alleged dilution of its exclusive media rights to broadcast the ongoing cricket series between India and New Zealand.

* HC denied anticipatory bail to a man accused of sexually assaulting a woman on the pretext of marriage and causing miscarriage, saying he never showed the intention to marry and kept her under a misconception.

*There can be no greater imaginable tragedy in the world than of a child who is orphaned or abandoned, HC said while asking the authorities to assist in expeditious conclusion of legal formalities relating to inter-country adoption of a minor girl with special needs, who was found abandoned in October 2019 in a cremation ground.
