15 inmates escape from juvenile home in Jaipur

Jaipur: Fifteen minor inmates escaped from a juvenile home here by breaking a wall near the gutter shaft early morning on Wednesday, police said.

The inmates were facing charges under sections of theft, counterfeiting, rape, POCSO Act, and were all over 16 years of age, Transport Nagar SHO Jai Prakash said.

He said that an FIR has been lodged on the matter by the superintendent of the juvenile home. A search is underway for the absconding inmates, he said.
