Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan has survived the coup by the opposition to displace him through no confidence motion.
Deputy Speaker rejected no-trust motion against Khan calls it against constitution and rules of Pakistan. The Dy Speaker cancelled the National Assembly which is expected to take place next week.
Later in a video message addressed to the nation, Khan hinted of country going to early polls.
"I have written to the President to dissolve the assemblies. There should be elections in a democratic way. I call upon the people to Pakistan to prepare for elections," he said.
"I congratulate every Pakistani on the Speaker's decision. The no-confidence motion was a foreign conspiracy against us. Pakistan should decide who should govern them," Khan added.
