Los Angeles: "Diarra From Detroit" actor Bechir Sylvain is the latest addition to the cast of the next installment in the "Jurassic World" film series.
The actor, known for web series "BMF" and "Black Summer", will feature alongside Scarlett Johansson, Jonathan Bailey, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo and Rupert Friend in the Universal Pictures' project.
According to Variety, Mahershala Ali, Luna Blaise, David Iacono and Audrina Miranda are also part of the upcoming fourth film in the popular dinosaur movie franchise.
Gareth Edwards of "The Creator" fame is attached as a director with the project after David Leitch's exit.
David Koepp, the screenwriter of the 1993 original "Jurassic Park" and its 1997 sequel "Jurassic Park: The Lost World", has penned the script for the new movie.
Frank Marshall and Patrick Crowley will produce "Jurassic World 4" via the Kennedy-Marshall banner. Steven Spielberg, the master filmmaker behind the original "Jurassic Park" movies, is executive producing through Amblin Entertainment.
The new film will hit the screens on July 2, 2025.
