"Bheed" throws a spotlight on the first Lockdown

New Delhi: Anubhav Sinha latest film "Bheed” talks about the horrors of the pandemic-induced lockdown in 2020 and is shot entirely in Black and White. After receiving millions of views soon after the trailer hits the internet, it was taken down from the Youtube and T-Series page.

Though the trailer is now up again on Youtube, but it is still missing from the T-Series Youtube page. This is because Bhushan Kumar has distanced himself from the film. He has withdrawn his name as the producer of the film. 



The film is scheduled to release on the 24th of March and stars Bhumi Pednekar, Rajkummar Rao, Ashutosh Rana, Pankaj Kapoor, and Dia Mirza. The film explores the stark reality of the pandemic-induced lockdown and how it affected migrant workers of India. 



Netizens took to social media to express their shock after the trailer being taken down from Youtube and how T-Series withdrew their name from the film.

The official trailer of the movie 'Bheed' is now private on Youtube after backlash. The movie is about the Covid lockdown mismanagement and the plight of the poor migrant labourers, who were forced to walk back home.
