OpenWorks goes live with Ramco Systems ERP solution

Chennai: Enterprise software provider Ramco Systems on Friday said it has successfully implemented the Ramco Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solution software at OpenWorks, a United States-based facilities management provider.

Advanced Global Resources, a Ramco System's partner played a significant role in the implementation process, enabling a complete digital transformation.

Ramco Systems ERP software provides OpenWorks with a 360-degree view of its operations through its single integrated solution, thereby automating the company's billing and payments to franchisees, asset tracking and optimising franchise assignment processes, Ramco Systems said in a statement.

The ERP software was also seamlessly integrated with customer relationship management software of OpenWorks enabling it to streamline the handling of its customer requests thereby reducing turnaround time.
