Gold futures gain Rs 113 to Rs 52,402

New Delhi, Nov 23 (PTI) Gold prices on Wednesday increased by Rs 113 to Rs 52,402 per 10 grams in futures trade as speculators created fresh positions on a firm spot demand.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, gold contracts for December delivery traded higher by Rs 113 or 0.22 per cent at Rs 52,402 per 10 grams in a business turnover of 4,153 lots.

Fresh positions built up by participants led to the rise in gold prices, analysts said.

Globally, gold was trading 0.22 per cent higher at USD 1,758.60 per ounce in New York. PTI SHW BAL BAL
